With recent Fashion Styling and Costume Design certifications from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Darryl G. has proven to be a front-runner of the new wave of talent. In less than two years his work has been featured in both European and American publications.

Originally from Norwalk, CT, Darryl relocated to the New York City area after earning a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology. He knew nothing would be handed to him, and resolved to assist and volunteer his time in hopes of establishing relationships that would later catapult his career. These partnerships continue to open doors, and have allowed him to sprint full speed ahead.

Darryl has successfully executed runway looks for top designers ranging from Oscar de la Renta to Jeremy Scott. Other clients include: Vogue, QVC, Badgley Mischka and Alexander Wang. His studies at the Fashion Institute granted exposure to wardrobe maintenance for film and print, costuming for stage and film, design history and motifs, and still life fundamentals.

What began as a dream became a series of both long and short-term goals. Darryl believes that “skill and talent” are key to success. Darryl G. is well on his way to leaving his mark in an industry where creativity is limitless.
