So .... whats a "blurb"? Well, my name is Jason Spencer, I am 21 years old and a student artist right now, about to transfer from my community college to go to a 4 year art school and study illustration. I draw, paint, sculpt, animate, movie make, and do a lot of other artistic shit, that may make me be considered an artist.... I dunno.

So far college has been pretty cool. Studying the fine arts program has helped me a lot in realistic drawing and becoming better at that, but after awhile this school has made me sick. Not so much the school itself and the programs, but the other students and their artwork. It seems, much like music, that these schools are popping out these cookie cutter artists. Everything is looking the same.... This conceptual contemporary[.bleep.]that people are trying to pull off at my school just sickens me sometimes. .... And by no means am I saying I am totally unique and different, but I'm just saying if people can't see through 'bs'[.bleep.]artists, then this 'art scene' is going to be pretty[.bleep.]up.. not that it already isn't ..... ON THAT NOTE..... where I usually am coming from with my art, is not any deep ass, I'm suicidal and was traumatized as a kid and want to express my angst, message... but I try to show FUNNY things in my artwork, well Funny or[.bleep.]up... but both are very overlapping elements when it comes to it..... Noone wants to admit it, but they sometimes have a chuckle at[.bleep.]up gross things.... If someone asks me what my painting means, I usually come up with a 'bs'[.bleep.]response that is totally unbelieveablly 'bs'[.bleep.]jsut to please them and give them some hope that there is a meaning to what I do.... which most of the time there isn't ...... ...... ... ... . .All in all, what I am trying to say, I HATE 'BS'[.bleep.]ARTISTS........ therefore, I AM A 'BS'[.bleep.]ARTIST.....
