Nathan shoots a combination of fashion, editorial, portraiture, and travel. He covers Chicago, the Midwest, and beyond from his home in Saint Joseph, MI.
Nathan was born in the Midwest and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which taught him two things — how to shovel snow and the importance of Sunday afternoon Packer games. For the past fourteen years, he has lived within a mile of Lake Michigan.
His love of art, music, travel, and people culminated into a passion for photography and after being stationed in Europe while in the US Army, he returned home to finish up his photography degree.
Enjoying the journey with him are his wife, a published journalist, editor, and writer, three kids, and two lovable dogs with an obnoxious licking habits.
He enjoys cycling, volleyball, double espressos, and cooking gourmet meals (his wife said as long as he keeps cooking these delicious meals she would clean up his mess in the kitchen).
He enjoys looking serious in self-portraits, because he rarely is in life.
