Background:
aSANTI' is fashion stylist whose experience is coupled with an expertise in apparel manufacturing. Formerly a production manager with James Thomas (from Royal Art Institute of London) of Calvin Klein and London Fog Group, aSANTI' set his reigns in the fashion industry. At London Fog Group with James Thomas at the helm & a design staff consisting of Steven Vernon of Jil Sander, in addition to former staff of Alexander Mcqueen this place of unparalleled creativity definitively shaped aSANTI's eye. aSANTI' was one of the few americans on staff, at the 7th Ave atelier overseeing many facets of apparel production & working with the design staff on various technical design elements. aSANTI' is still called upon for his expertise in apparel manufacturing, and has notably consulted and advised numerous designers in the NYC garment district including Justin Timberlake's William Rast line. aSANTI maintains a close relationship with the manufacturers who produce many of the garments seen on NYC's runways and in top publications, who make clothes for Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren Collection, Donna Karan Collection, Oscar de la Renta, Narciso Rodriguez, Proenza Schouler & Zac Posen and numerous others.

Inspiration:
As one of NYC's premier fashion stylist, aSANTI's derives his inspiration from the beauty of the world around him such as nature, architecture, and astrology.
With a collegiate background in Marine Biology and East Asian History, his take on fashion and style is more in a of a function over form ideology. While aSANTI' spent his early childhood in San Vito, Alberobello, Brindisi & Taranto, his mother taught and payed homage to the great Impressionists; van Gogh, Degas, Cassat, Cezanne and Gauguin, etc...through her oil paintings and pastels leaving a definitive classical mark in aSANTI'. It is the union of these dichotomous elements that truly signifies aSANTI's work. His recent association with avant-garde NYC menswear designer Brian Wood is a testament to his unique vision. As aSANTI' seeks constant elevation, he constantly strives for excellence. This mind set has lead to a bout of recognition for his pursuits by nomination in EMPIRES WHO'S WHO AMONG EXECUTIVES and PROFESSIONALS 2006/2007 "HONORS EDITION". aSANTI's work can be seen in various publications, and most recently in Bazaar, COSMO and SOMA. aSANTI also partook in NYC S/S 09 fashion week styling a collection for Jocelyn Inc, sponsored Caravan, style 360, Elle, TIDE & American Photo.

A blatant mixture of textures, of colors, and silhouettes would accurately describe aSANTI's work. “I wish to work on each picture as if I were a painter with a palette in hand, attempting to tell a unique story through garments with subtle comments how they shape the word around us."
