Dripbook made a Twitter auto-posting application.
Posted on 19th April 2009 by Alex Wright

Dripbook can automatically update your Twitter feed when you add or update a book on Dripbook. It's super easy to set up and automatic after that. So as far as promotional features go, this one's a no-brainer...

Here's how it works:

1) Head to your Controls > Promote > Twitter

3) Register your Twitter account on Dripbook and allow Dripbook to post to your Twitter account.

4) You're done. You can even cusomize the message that goes out before the link to your updated work.

Dripbook's automatic posts to Twitter are fired off on a delayed basis after you make an update. Rather than overwhelm Twitter with each small change, we send out one update per 24 hours when we see you've changed your book.

You can also send an instant update via the provided check box.

And when you're done, make sure to follow Dripbook on Twitter to keep up with recent developments, news, and promotions.

Here's what it looks like in action :

//i //<!-- new TWTR.Widget({ version: 2, type: 'search', search: 'updated my @dripbook', interval: 6000, title: '', subject: 'Recently updated:', width: 250, height: 300, theme: { shell: { background: '#8ec1da', color: '#ffffff' }, tweets: { background: '#ffffff', color: '#444444', links: '#1985b5' } }, features: { scrollbar: false, loop: true, live: true, hashtags: true, timestamp: true, avatars: true, toptweets: true, behavior: 'default' } }).render().start(); //-->
