Christina Skreiberg (30) is a freelance feature journalist, contributing to the weekend supplements of Norwegian newspapers, and to national & international magazines.
She has a journalism degree from City University of London. During her four years in London she worked part time for The Times and then, in pure DIY spirit, launched the East London magazine "ditched". The magazine had a distribution of 15,000 copies, and she was nominated for The Guardian Student Media Award for her work as editor and publisher.
She writes about cultural & social issues, art, lifestyle tendencies, travel, profile interviews and a lot more. She loves meeting people from any kind of social/financial/political/religious background.
The REAL ones, the CREATORS and the SURVIVORS - as they usually carry personal & extraordinary stories.
Her beloved camera is always with her, as she has a strong interest in photography and a visual aesthetic.
She also runs journalism-workshops & lectures for media-students, often with the organization 'Avis i Skolen', as well as working freelance for the Norwegian media association; Mediebedriftenes Landsforening (MBL).
She is based in her hometown Oslo, but has also lived in Pittsburgh (1998-99), Guatemala (2001), London (2001 -2006) and Copenhagen (2007).
