Josephine Perrone’s love for makeup stems back to her childhood--experimenting with her older sister’s makeup, and then practicing on friends and family. After a lucrative career in sales, her immense desire to pursue her dream inspired her to break into the beauty industry.
She enrolled in the renowned Make Up Designory (MUD) school to become a professional makeup artist. Upon graduating from school, Josephine hit the ground running and hasn't looked back. Her brushes have touched models, brides, actors, musicians, and many other clients who trust her expertise. She enjoys crafting current and creative looks, but her key focus is in enhancing the client’s subtle beauty.
A born-and-bred New Yorker, Josephine has worked with numerous models from the top agencies, including IMG, Ford, Supreme, Trump, Marilyn, Wilhelmina, DNA, and Major Models. She has worked with actresses Kate Nauta and Elizabeth Ashley, French model Elodie Passelaigue, and Devyn Abdullah, winner of Oxygen network’s “The Face” and spokesperson for Ulta Beauty.
Her editorial credits include Papercut Magazine, Raine, and the covers of Bello and international Japanese magazine EnVie. She also works frequently with SO.CAP Original USA Hair Extensions as an Italian translator for their educational division.
Josephine’s passion, engaging personality and talent are what drive her to be a dedicated and successful artist. She resides in New York City.
