Kayla developed a natural sense of design at an early age while working at her mother’s floral shop near Philadelphia. During this time, she refined her eye by learning balance and proportion, design lines and color theory. With this knowledge and a love of fashion, it was a natural transition into the realm of hairstyling. Kayla moved to New York City in 2008 to quickly find her work on the covers of magazines and working for Guido backstage on the top fashion shows internationally. Her attention to detail and limitless range makes her an asset to any team.
