One day a bewildered roommate exclaimed, "I can't take your crazy sequin mess anymore!" I looked around and noticed for the first time that having heaps of stockings in every color and pattern imaginable, dusty photos of people I don't know and old magazines meant I should make other people play dress-up.

Watching the way a sequin dress shimmered on a black-and-white screen inspired me to want to create stories through wardrobe and set design. I studied journalism and film history, assisted many stylists, watched old movies and then started styling shoots on my own.
